Cochains offers free 2-day shipping on orders above $500 to the contiguous 48 states. Please note that you must select free shipping to at checkout when your order qualifies to receive this offer.

Kindly note that delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).  

Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes and duties

All orders shipped to the states of California, New Jersey, and New York are subject to state sales tax.

Some orders to the US will ship internationally.  Orders to the USA that involve international shipments are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable at our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, Cochains reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.  We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

Insurance

Cochains insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Cochains.
